Dave Noteboom is the principal owner and “hands on” operator of RBM Services. Dave’s background in the service industry dates back to 1985 where he began his career as a manager trainee with the largest building maintenance company in the area. Over the next nine years, Dave was soon promoted to District Manager in Olympia, Bellevue and Seattle. In 1994, Dave was promoted to Branch Manager in Tacoma overseeing all operations and sales with full profit and loss responsibility. In 2002, became Branch Manager for the Bellevue operation with similar responsibilities as the Tacoma manager.
For the last 5 years, Dave had the privilege of working with smaller cleaning companies and help them increase their personal and professional development and to assist them in their marketing efforts. I have enjoyed these past years and it has afforded me the opportunity to stay in contact with industry professionals. While working with these smaller companies, the passion to start my own company and to integrate my business philosophy had driven me to realize the American dream and start my own business. That being aptly named RBM Services!
I want to share my passion for serving the customer and have them be very pleased with providing great customer service and clean buildings. The overarching reason for starting my own business is to be able to implement my philosophy of: “Serving with Responsibility & Integrity”. This has become our company motto as we strive to do what is right for the customer. I’m driven by this principle and all of our employees know that if we take care of the customer in this manner, we will all be successful and there will be tremendous opportunity in the workplace for our employees and the future success of our company. Everyone must be treated with dignity and respect and given every opportunity to succeed in the workplace.
